Her approach is honest, practical and gets positive results. Andrea, who is fluent in Spanish, concentrates in negotiating and litigating family law matters, including domestic violence matters in District and Circuit Court.
Why does my experience matter?
Andrea has nearly fifteen years of practice in Anne Arundel County and nine years of practice in the surrounding counties. She has formed strong relationships with her colleagues and courthouse staff and is well-respected by the judges in both the District and Circuit Courts.
I believe in what I do.
Andrea's personal experiences with domestic violence, divorce and custody matters give her a genuine understanding of what her clients experience when going through contested litigation. Andrea draws upon her experiences as a step-mother and mother, as well as her personal experience with divorce litigation, to make her a more empathetic, supportive and responsive advocate for her clients.
The most important thing to remember.
If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of being involved in contested litigation of family issues, it is imperative that you feel comfortable with and supported by your attorney. After all, given the nature of these issues and their emotional components, they rarely resolve quickly. The working relationship you build with your attorney is what will sustain you throughout the litigation.
